Community rules

These apply everywhere the bot operates: this site, orders, and every server.

1. No personal information. Usernames only. Never share real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or payment details, not even in private order messages.
2. No real-money trading. Tokens have no cash value and may not be bought or sold for money or goods.
3. Deliver what you promised. Accepting an offer is a commitment. Failing to deliver is grounds for a strike.
4. Pay what you agreed. Tokens are escrowed. Refusing to confirm a completed order is theft and will be reversed.
5. No harassment or hate. Toward anyone, in any channel, in any server. Zero tolerance.
6. No scams, alts, or evasion. Using another account to dodge a punishment gets both accounts disabled.
7. No spam or advertising. Including in order messages and support tickets.
8. Report problems, do not retaliate. Use the report button or open a support ticket.
9. Staff decisions can be appealed. Not argued. Appeal at the appeals page.
10. Debt locks the bot. A negative token balance disables the bot for you until you settle it.
